Juicing diet

I lost weight after doing vegetable juicing and watching what I eat.  I gained weight a year ago from stress and my cooking/baking hobby.  I lost 12 lbs total since August 2013.

I feel so much better physically and mentally. I can truly say I love juicing.  I love the taste of fruits and vegetables.  I'll be posting recipes and tips for juicing!
