Steamed egg custard. I got this very simple recipe from Cooking with the dog on YouTube. I love, love, this YouTube channel!
I like this custard because I don't have to use my oven to bake it. A lot of desserts can be steamed instead of baking it in the oven. But you can never steam a chiffon cake :)
