Random cooking lately

Simple tofu and stir fried veggies called "A-Choy" (Taiwanese type of veggie), I really don't know why it's called A-Choy :)  They are very crisp and has a sweet taste to it, perfect for a quick stir fry. 


Scrambles eggs with shallots, red/yellow bell peppers, and prosciutto.

Fish Maw Soup (I'm working on posting the recipe soon!)

Saag Paneer (Indian spinach curry with heavy cream w/out the cheese).
